tried to make additional name additions I made follow the wiki format rather than otherwise

- also added links to Genesis Frog's bonus track name (original release) citations, as they weren't only available in the album download; so the stuff inbetween the parentheses was changed to "original release" instead
- added link (original release, and 2019 compilation rerelease) citations to Skaian Overdrive (Vol. 10)'s title
