updated names (courtesy lilith, lambda)

This is a combination of 4 commits, messages below.
Showtime (Svix Mix) reference excluded, will add at
same time as the album itself.

We also combined the later change -> Lambda Elise
Merryberry into this commit.

     When I started "Ave Dei Novi" (a song made just for Land of Fans and Music 2), I fully intended that it would be the biggest, strongest, most well-composed, best Homestuck fan composition I've worked on to date, a sort of capstone of Homestuck fan music. The first Land of Fans and Music had two of my early songs on it, and I felt it was appropriate that I do my best and show how far I'd come in a year for the second album.      this song was originally titled "ascension", but there was to be another song on lofam2 with a similar title ("god tier ascension") (except now there isn't) so wmm changed it to"ave dei novi" which translates to "hail the new gods"
