added early (and later, as well as the origin for the Highland Thunder name) titles for Ferkol's LoFaM4 alpha kid land themes, as well as The Muse's Lyre and The Lord's a Liar, as well as the "commentary" for those early The Lyrist and The Lordling titles
- corrected erroneous link to highland thunder on tragic heights commentary (linked to highland thunder's soundcloud; corrected to tombs and krypton)
