jade - ragnar, feferi - healie. they're good buds and there for each other - first real friend for jade - but also jade gets fed up and confused at feferi's actions kinda frequently. jade reached this whole status of soldier/guard with a lot of work but she feels she was always just barely meshing with her peers and trainers. feferi got turned into a flying squiddle and trapped in that cave, and she swears it's the fault of an evil sorcerer, which jade believes because Squiddles Arent Real so how is feferi here??? also: how does jade know about squiddles? there wont have been any tv back then. read about em in books, probably
