1) they deleted most anywhere they were an online presence. so, deviant art; tumblr

2) in the few rare spaces they still existed, they removed all of their content (i.e. they removed all youtube videos)

3) they posted a very dramatic post in their primary forum thread in the community they hung out in. uh, I can't really describe it, read the posts by the account [snip] near the end of this page: [snip]

in my humble opinion, I wish they'd written much more peaceful posts. they kinda just stirred up a bunch of drama for no reason. but whatever; it seems to be mostly over by now, anyways, and I suppose they did what was best for them in the end
