Options were already [html.onlyIfContent], so this seems like
a bit of an oversight (it's possible for *none* of the options
to have content).

Turns out yeah, these are worth combining.

This code is basically copy-pasted from generateAlbumTrackListItem,
maybe it should be a common component??? Probably not.
