No other changes in this commit, to keep diffing clean, except
this also restores track numbers.
(Track numbers *should* be excluded from the "Exclusive to

- changed the Rectify and Irradiated tracks and Electric Fireflies track on LOFAM2 and LOFAM3 formatting to that of rereleases since Shenanigans: MSPA came out before LOFAM2 and LOFAM3, also gave Electric Fireflies a directory name (track:electric-fireflies-lofam3), moved referenced tracks to the Shenanigans: MSPA tracks of the same name
- added commentary from Pilot Light's soundcloud page along with the additional title (Pilot Light: The Witch's Cauldron) from there to Pilot Light's entry in coloUrs and mayhem: Universe B
- changed track:irradiated-lofam2 references to track:irradated
