I wanted to ruin [[track:iron-infidel|Samm's song]]. Mission accomplished.

+ Let's be 100% clear here, I freaking love prog rock, so I was pretty pumped listening to this tune over and over while drawing this one. Every piece of track art I've done for this album has been a little different. This one was the easiest to do and only took an hour because this kind of inked comic book art is my bread and butter. I felt that something bold and comic bookish would fit well since it has that epic kind of scope prog rock gets across. Remember how in the eighties the X-men seemed to spend most of their time in space participating in big Space Opera stuff? I wanted to do something like that.

I've wanted to do a piece where I could exploit Melodyne a bit and mess with vocals so I took this as a chance to do so.

Also quotes [[Spider's Claw|a theme]] by [[artist:toby-fox|Toby 'Radiation' Fox]]. Probably not the one you're thinking of and probably not when you're expecting it.
