add the fool does not laugh take 1 uf to "fixed the fool does not laugh not referencing [demo]" changelog entry
- tbh a lot like the unfinished Ellsee's Themes from Sound Test I, I couldn't determine how related they were to the final product as well as "You Act Like You Never Answered a Boot Before"
