I happened to be working on a pokemon themed Laivan track for Vol.6 while the Halloween Album was being developed. I initially pitched an early version of track song for the album but it was rejected for being too upbeat to fit the vibe of the album. So instead I decided to re-arrange the melody from the original to make it more halloween-y sounding. I also added bits and pieces from [[track:be-all-end-all|End All, Be All]] from vol.4 and [[False Security]] from False Security Vol.5 Side 1 because they were both Serpaz motifs. I think of this song as a bit of a taster of what I have cooking for Vol.6 more than anything else. Perhaps you'll get to hear a finished version of that original demo one day... --- |
