move Break the Bow changelog & note which album
PMT classic isn't merged yet AND of course isn't part of the previous main release, but since we're making a fix that still specifically affects just one of them, i think being specific in the changelog doesn't hurt reorder is cuz official -> fandom -> beyond -> additional, riches to ruins pt 2 is pesterquest so it's official
