- use bandcamp capitalization as main, adjust additional names
- restore citation for unique soundcloud additional name
- add newgrounds main-description citations
- split "made with" into own commentary entries
- move newgrounds short description entries higher
- add missing <br> line breaks
- directory suffix aliens
